The date in September and the first national and international participants and sponsors have been confirmed.

Berlin, 18 December 2025 – DesignDays.Berlin (DD.B) is entering the next phase of communication. Following the successful launch and presentation of the CI, we are making great steps forward: the first sponsors are on board and the first national and international design brands have confirmed their participation.

24 to 26 September 2026

After the initial communication campaign, DD.B received strong feedback from industry, trade, design studios and design brands, as well as positive responses to the new visual identity. Now DesignDays.Berlin is setting the next milestone: a fixed date has been set – DD.B will take place from 24 to 26 September 2026.


Satellite events from Q2 onwards – individual, selective, high-quality and effective

DesignDays.Berlin will kick off in the second quarter of 2026 with a series of satellite events – a curated warm-up series that will raise awareness of the main event ahead of September. This will enable different target groups to be actively engaged and the topic of design to be communicated in a sustainable manner.


Together with selected sponsors, brands and partners, the following formats will be implemented:

-Selective B2B talks, curated dinner formats and round tables

-Digital warm-up formats on relevant design topics

-Wide-reaching B2C activations


DD.B – a strong format for 2026

With the first confirmed sponsors, international brands and satellite events starting in Q2, the format continues to grow steadily. DesignDays. Berlin deliberately focuses on quality, dialogue and curated encounters – establishing a platform that positions Berlin as a design metropolis with high visibility and reach in the UNESCO anniversary year 2026.

We can see how strongly the community is responding and how high the interest in the new platform is. With the first partners and brands already on board, it is clear that DesignDays.Berlin has its finger on the pulse,’ say founders Angelika Müller (Publishing Director at Ahead media GmbH, H.O.M.E.) and Monika Dagrée (Founder on time pr).


Outlook

The complete lists of partners and participants are being continuously expanded. Further programme items and event highlights will follow with the official launch of the satellite event series in the second quarter of 2026. The homepage and social media channels will go live in mid-January, accompanied by a print and online feature in H.O.M.E. magazine starting immediately.
